The price always includes:

• My private exclusive tour guide service

• 20 years of fully qualified experience in guiding

• Email or What’s App communication with clients ascertaining their specific individual needs and interests

• My local and independent recommendations, and advice (culture, museums, music/concerts, current exhibitions, as well as the best options for food and drinks, local pubs, bars, etc.)

• Booking of any restaurant/bar/pub according to the client's wishes

• Searching for any specific events, or sights of particular interest

• Customization of any tour package based on background or interest  

Payment:

After booking and final confirmation, I kindly ask the client to pay a Paypal invoice that I send. The tour must be paid in advance via Paypal.

Cancellation policy:

more than 8 weeks: 50% refund

less than 8 weeks: no refund

Any additional charges occurring during the tour must be paid by the client, such as public transportation ticket, entrance fees, food and drinks, etc.
